Warranty Policies
Warranties are for defective products only. Damaged products due to improper installation, improper handling, and / or negligence will not be replaced. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty items must be accompanied by an RMA request issued by the staff at IntelliScent. All other shipments will be refused.
